CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and are used to reserve your appointment time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. Appointments rescheduled 24+ hours before your appointment may transfer their deposit to a new appointment date. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be charged a $20 late fee, have their service shortened, or be required to reschedule. Text business number before booking same day appointments.
